Home Exercises for those Cocooning

The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists has released a series of simple but effective exercises that can be done safely at home while you are cocooning.

Exercise remains just as important as ever as it:

– Helps improve your health and fitness;

– Reduces risk of falls;

– Improves cognitive function.
